The iPad Mini is a lightweight tablet designed by Apple. It has a 7.9 inch screen, weighs 0.68 pounds and is 0.28 inches thick. It has a 5 megapixel iSight camera. The iPad Mini allows users to download a number of apps from the Apps Store that will allow them to edit graphics. Apps such as Filter storm, iPhoto, Luminance, Photogene and Photoshop Touch allow users to manipulate graphics in order to suit their tastes. Of the apps mentioned, Tech Radar recommends that users choose Photogene as it provides the best tools for editing images.
The iPhone 5 is the latest instalment of the iPhone series. It has a 4 inch retina display and an 8 megapixel camera. There are a number of apps available to iPhone which allow the user to edit images how they please. Instagram, iBooth, Photo Effect Studio, Adobe Photoshop Express and Camera + are examples of some of the many apps available to iPhone users. They allow the users to manipulate photos by changing the size, colour, contrast, brightness as well as many other features.

There is also a free app available from the Samsung Apps store which allows the user to crop, rotate and adjust the exposure of an image as well as add effects such as blur.

The Rolltop is a portable computer used mainly by designers and architects. It has a OLED-Display and a multi-touchscreen. It has a 13 inch screen which transforms into a graphics tablet. It can also transform into a 17 inch flat screen that acts as the primary monitor when attached. Rolltops can benefit a graphics designer for a number of reasons. The graphic designer will be able to easily take the Rolltop from one location to another and can even roll it up and put it in their bag. As they are able to easily take the machine from one location to another, the graphics designer would be able to do their work wherever they want whenever they want.
Laser Engraving
Laser engravers don't require ink, instead they mark or engrave patterns onto the material. The system which is used to create these patterns can be programmed to engrave different lines of different depths and styles. Laser Engravers can also be used to create vector images with the laser tracer acting like a plotter. As they are very precise, graphic designers use Laser Engravers to create fine works of art.
Mac Book Pro
The Mac Book Pro has a 13 inch LED-backlit glossy widescreen display with support for millions of colours. It also comes with a 15 inch LED-backlit glossy widescreen display. It has a 720p FaceTime HD camera for taking high quality photos and videos. It has up to 7 hours of battery which allows the designer to be able to edit for long periods of time. It also comes with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections which would allow the user to search online for images they may want to edit. Graphics editing software such as Photoshop or GIMP can be downloaded from the App Store. The app for the App Store is included along with a number of other apps. They could also use the Wi-Fi connection on the Mac Book to access online editing software such as Sumo Paint if they do not wish to purchase Photoshop.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1
The Samsung Galaxy 10.1 is a tablet which has a 10.1 inch screen. It comes with a built in camera built into both the front and back of the tablet. The front camera is a 2 MegaPixel camera, while the camera on the back is 3 MegaPixels. Using a stylus, users are able to write on the tablet as easily as writing on a piece of paper with a pen. This would benefit graphics designers, as they would be able to create shapes using the stylus that they would not be able to create using a mouse. Like the Mac Book Pro, users are able to download software editing apps such as Photoshop. It has the Adobe Flash Player built into it so users are able to view certain documents, programs or videos that they would not be able to view on other tablets.
